Cancellation & Refunds policy
Cancellation Policies:
Payment Issues: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if there are payment issues, such as declined credit cards or non-payment. The reservation will be canceled until the payment issues are resolved.
Compliance with Community Rules: Guests are required to adhere to the community rules established by the accommodation, such as respecting quiet hours and behaving respectfully towards other guests. Repeated failure to comply with these rules may result in reservation cancellation.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property due to their irresponsible or negligent behavior. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and request compensation for damages in case of property damage.
Respect for Staff: We expect all guests to show respect towards our staff. Any threats or intimidating behavior towards our staff, other guests and neighbors will be taken very seriously. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation for security reasons.
Irregularity in Booking Documents: For verification purposes, the company reserves the right to request identification documents and proof of financial resources. This could include documents such as bank statements or a current employment contract. Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation. Any irregularity in booking documents, such as false or inconsistent information, may result in reservation cancellation.
Refund policies
Non-Compliance with Accommodation Policies: In the event the advertised policies or services are not met upon arrival, the Guest has the right to cancel their reservation.
The Company will, at its discretion, offer the Guest either a full refund or alternative accommodation options of a comparable standard within its availability.
To facilitate a prompt resolution, the Guest is required to notify the Company of any discrepancies with the advertised policies or services immediately upon arrival at the accommodation.
Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date.
Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
No-Show: In case of a no-show or failure to cancel within the specified time frame, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Early Check-Out: No refunds are granted for early check-outs. Guests are responsible for the entire duration of their reservation.
Geneva Residences reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time and at its sole discretion.
